Ethiopian Airlines’ Group CEO, Mesfin Tasew, has been honored with the “Leadership in Connecting Africa through Transport Award” at the Africa Prosperity Champions Awards. The prestigious accolade was presented at the Presidential Gala Dinner on February 1, 2025, held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra, Ghana, as part of the Africa Prosperity Dialogues 2025. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to Africa’s transport infrastructure and connectivity, with Ethiopian Airlines expanding its network to over 65 destinations, modernising its fleet, and enhancing cargo facilities.
