According to Mint, amid rising concerns regrading new COVID-19 variant Omicron, Maharashtra government on Tuesday issued stringent guidelines for air travel for both international and domestic travellers. Apart from increasing testing, the state government said all international passengers arriving from “at-risk” countries will have to undergo a mandatory seven-day institutional quarantine.
