Malaysia Airlines is set to double its capacity between Kuala Lumpur and Doha with a second daily non-stop flight commencing August 10, 2022, in response to high passenger demand on this route. The additional daily service will depart from Kuala Lumpur at 2:55am via MH164 and from Doha at 8:05am via MH165. The Hollongi greenfield airport in Arunachal Pradesh’s capital Itanagar is set to be operational from August 15, with the first flight test landing conducted by the Airports Authority of India on Tuesday, a Minister said here. The B-350 (King Air) aircraft of the AAI landed at the airport around 9.20 am. The Tourism Department of Mandi district in Himachal Pradesh has issued guidelines to completely restrict all water sports activities and shut down all camping sites near river banks, informed officials on Tuesday, reports ANI. The Centre on Wednesday slashed the windfall tax on crude oil producers and exempted petrol, diesel and jet fuel from an export levy, likely resulting in a price drop that may provide some relief to consumers.
