India’s outbound tourism market is projected to reach over USD 55.3 billion by 2034, from the estimated more than USD 18.8 billion in 2024, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.4 per cent, a report showed on Wednesday. Thailand has announced new visa measures to boost Thai economy through travel and tourism. These include 60-day visa exemption and Visa on Arrival (VOA) schemes, Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), and student visas, with effect from July 15, 2024.
