Incessant rains lashed Uttarakhand for the second consecutive day on Monday, prompting the authorities to advise Chardham pilgrims not to proceed to the Himalayan temples till the weather improves. Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia mentioned that direct flight services between Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar and Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur will commence from November 2. The Kerala Government has set up a revolving fund to provide interest-free loans up to ₹10,000 to those employed in a wide range of activities in the tourism sector without any collateral security.
