Noida International Airport (NIA) has partnered with Kyndryl, a global IT services provider, to develop and manage its technology infrastructure for seamless operations. The collaboration includes round-the-clock IT support, security enhancements, and automation to prevent delays or system failures.
A key feature of this partnership is the implementation of Kyndryl Bridge, an AI-powered platform designed to detect and resolve potential issues before they disrupt airport functions. This initiative aims to ensure a hassle-free experience for travellers while enhancing cybersecurity through advanced monitoring and quick-response systems.
Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport, emphasised that the partnership will enable NIA to leverage Kyndryl’s expertise in building a world-class airport focused on efficiency and passenger satisfaction. Meanwhile, Kyndryl India President Lingraju Sawkar highlighted the importance of improving connectivity in India and contributing to critical infrastructure projects.
With this tech-driven approach, NIA is positioning itself as a state-of-the-art airport ahead of its launch, setting new benchmarks in airport technology and passenger experience.
